Trying this tonight with vegan chicken and silken tofu in place of the cottage cheese. Making it from fresh instead of frozen as its my first time. can’t wait for dinner!

We haven’t tried other methods, but we do have a guide for conversion from Crockpot to Instantpot. You could probably work it backwards to use a crockpot! https://www.superhealthykids.com/the-ultimate-guide-for-making-any-crockpot-recipe-in-an-instant-pot/
