Hi is it alright if I dont put flaxseed ? And put other seasoning like paprika instead of bay seasoning?

In reply to Gina. There's a couple of things you could try- first, after you cut your fish into strips, dry them really well with a paper towel to remove any moisture. You can also dust them with flour before dipping them into the egg wash. Good luck!
